Will have a variety of exponential exercises for practicing you are finishing techniques using a variety of techniques and tools. We will also weaving some fun and inspiring, celebratory events and gratitude sharing. We will also have some practical discussions about protecting / taking care of your your new structure and nourishing your way of being going forward.
